The Mighty Quinn's story
Quinn is a five year old Yellow Labrador Retriever born into the Guiding Eyes Puppy Breeding Center in Patterson, NY on December 11, 2004. As a very young pup he entered the Puppies Behind Bars program, which provided for his basic puppy raising and training skills. The program taught him the unbelievable obedience and encouraged his passionate play preferences which he continues to this very day. An excellent journal with pictures was kept of his progress and of interesting note was a picture on the back of that journal that shows Quinn sitting on stairs with a handwritten note which reads "Stairs...I want to climb Mountains!"
Just after his first Birthday he made the journey to Yorktown Heights, NY to begin formal training at Guiding Eyes for the Blind. They quickly recognized his exceptional talents and he was ready to partner up, prove his teamwork and graduate. That partnership with Randy led Quinn to do much of the writing for his famous dog blog which continues to chronicle his life and adventure in the present day.
